To run it at least on the minimum side, your hardware must have at least a 1 GHz or faster processor, 1 GB RAM, and 16 GB hard drive space. Your RAM mustn’t go below 1 GB to stay on the minimum speed of accessing data or else it’ll be crawling when opening an application.

And this also goes to the processor. Any lower speed will decrease the performance. Actually, the overall performance of the computer not only relies on one particular part or device but in the combination of all installed devices. And to increase or improve the data access performance of your hard drive, you should do a regular defragmentation like for example once a month will do. This is very important especially if you frequently install and uninstall software from your computer.
