While posting items on my Ebay store the entire image does not show it cuts off on the left side of my monitor.

I have to wait until I complete the entire posting and view in preview in order to see the entire posting.

How do I increase the image to view the entire content?

You just need to adjust the Screen Resolution of your monitor. There are websites that have wider page width and requires a quite bigger screen resolution to properly view it.

But even if you don’t adjust your screen’s size you can still browse the page using the scroll bars found on the right side and at the bottom of the page. It will help you navigate through the pages.

But if you don’t like using the scroll bar at the bottom you can adjust the screen size so you can see the page wider.

  1. Click the Start button.
  2. Click Control Panel.
  3. Click Appearance and Themes.
  4. Click Display.
  5. Under Display Properties window, click on Settings tab.
  6. Adjust the slide bar under Screen resolution to match your desired screen size for the website’s page. Available resolutions are:
  • 800 x 600
  • 1024 x 768
  • 1152 x 864
  • 1280 x 600
  • 1280 x 720
  • 1280 x 768
  • 1280 x 960
  • 1280 x 1024

These Screen Resolutions vary depending on the type of monitor you have.

Hello QuizOne,

It seems like when posting the images you are using a very large resolution hence it means that the image is heavy and that is why it takes a while before it fully loads when you post it on ebay.

For the images that post them on the internet, you have to ensure that you have resized them to be a bit smaller and reduce their size so that they can load faster when you post them on the internet.

For instance when you are posting an image that is in high resolution of size 10 Mb for example then it is going to be so slow when you post it to the internet.

But you can edit the image using programs like ms paint and adobe fireworks to reduce the size to say 300 KB for it to work well and be fast when you post it on ebay.

Hope this helps.
