How to delete Microsoft tiff virus?

I need help. 

I recently opened an email attachment and I can't open my browser anymore. 

I launched Avast antivirus and it detected (MS06-072) Microsoft TIF Folder Information Disclosure Vulnerability I (925454) but can't delete it. 

How do I delete Microsoft tiff virus?

Hello,

Generally this kinds of virus lock up the web browser and your browser will stop performing.

It infects other files in your computer and hang your browser. You can scan your computer but sometimes avast or many other anti virus programs fail to detect (MS06-072) Microsoft TIF Folder Information Disclosure Vulnerability.

So,you have to follow the procedures to delete it fully from your PC. .

Disconnect the internet and close the web browser immediately.

Then restart your PC in safe mode.Then,restore system under safe mode to remove this virus fully.
