KM player displays an error message which says “Member not found”

Hi All,

I have downloaded from here and installed KMPlayer3.1.0.0_R2 two days ago. However, as I start running the player it displays an error message which says, "Member not found".  I have tried to download and installed again the installation package, uninstalled an installed again, formatted my XPSPII Laptop and attempted installing again but to no avail.

At times, when I choose old skin and not enable the Album Art display from KMP Setup Wizard it works afterward like the old version of KMP, but I am not able to make use of the new style.

I am including here the screenshot of the error message.

What does this error message imply? Can anyone help me with this error?

KM player displays an error message which says “Member not found”

Hello!

First of all try to download and install Adobe Flash Player ActiveX. You can find it here http://download.cnet.com/Adobe-Flash-Player/3000-2378_4-10001055.html. This error is offten appears, when a user installs KMP and activates Media Album support. It is based on Adobe Flash technology and needs Flash Player.

You've to download this package, close all Internet browsers and applications, that can use it. After that you've to run a new installation. When it completes, restart your laptop for changes take effect.

KM player displays an error message which says “Member not found”

Hello James,

This is a common error that most of the users receive. To resolve the problem please follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Uninstall the KM player and remove all the remaining files and folders manually.

2. Download and install  Adobe flash player and make sure that you download .exe version of the flash player. Otherwise you will get the error again.

3. Restart your system.

4. Install KM player again and open it.

This will fix the problem.
