How to customize a video player html template

I would like to know the steps followed in customizing a video player html template so that the player can keep on playing the video when the computer is locked, just as windows media player does when customized. I want to play the video once without downloading it and then saving the html file to play the video later

You can embed a flash video player to your own HTML website. Add streaming video to your HTML website is easy using a flash video player program. You can easily create, and convert any movie file (WMV, MOV, MPG, AVI) into streaming flash video format (FLV) using Flash Video Player. You can play the video once without downloading it.
