I am wondering if how I am going to create an album batch file using microsoft office application. And among all the microsoft office packages what is the best application to use to create an album batch file? Need your help. Thank you

How to create an album batch file?

Hello Patty White,

To create an album batch file Windows NT becomes so handy. Windows NT command prompt allows you utilise extra commands which are not supported in other operating systems like Windows.

In writing a batch file you may need to go step by step by first having a rough idea of what you want to accomplish. Then proceed to figure out the required command to use; this can be accomplished by finding the program you want to use in your batch file; right-clicking its icon or its listing on the Start menu; proceed to choose the properties command from the resulting shortcut menu. Upon the item's property sheet opening, go to the Shortcut tab and search for the name of the executable file and its location i.e. find the filename and the location of the utility you wish to automate.

After finding the filename and its location, you are good to create a batch file command that calls the utility.

You are also able to see more commands by typing, cmd /?
