You can restrict operations on your USB port and set password to it. You can restrict writing, reading, writing/reading or you can completely disable it. Also there is option for restricting regedit being edited by other users.
This is very useful and simple application and I recommend it.

Hi there
Do not depend on software's, why you need software’s when you can block the ports manually. Follow the steps shown below to block USB ports
Step 1 – Go to start > Run > Type Regedit and hit enter
Step 2 – Find this path
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE> SYSTEM> CurrentControlSet> Services> USBSORT
Step 4 –Find Start and Double click
Step 5 –Tick hexadecimal and in Value Data type “4”
Step 6 – Then close the regedit editor
Now your USB ports are disabled and if you want to enable it change the value back to 3
