How to convert wav to linear pcm?

A software that is free to download from the internet will be a possible answer for my problem.

Tell me on what website to download a converter to wav to linear pcm.

Hi Bryan James,

The best thing you could do regarding your problem is to use QuickTime. If you don't have QuickTime, just download it at this link https://support.apple.com/kb/DL837?locale=en_US (this link is for Mac and windows). After you install QuickTime, double click it. Now here is what you will do:

1. CLICK "EXPORT" in the option
2. Select "Sound to WAV" command

You can set your files to linear PCM or whatever format you want, may it be Channels to Mono, and Rates to 8khz etc.

Hi,

Download and Install the QuickTime. Now, double click to initiate the software, select the ‘Export’ option and click on the ‘Sound to WAV’. For your desired format sets the following output setting.

Now the output will work according to your desired requirement. You can use other converts with the same output configuration.
