Hi gaming experts! Here is my question. When I try to run ran online ph, the invalid wrong web ran online ph error appears. What seems to be the problem for this? I already checked my connection, other soft wares to be installed, but I think it's all ready. What should I do next?

Hi, James!

What Operating System are you using to play the game? If it is Windows 7, you may have to download the new installer that is compatible with your OS. If you already installed the game, try downloading the latest patches and game guards. Most of the problems in connecting roots here. Still, if these aren't the problems, try checking if the application you are running is correct. Meaning, you might have the wrong link on your desktop. Run the correct executable program from it's original folder, just to make sure. Don't forget, download the latest client. It is important.
