There are a lot of software all over the web that convert dwg file to a PDF file. Like:

• Auto DWG DWG to PDF Converter – http://download.cnet.com/AutoDWG-DWG-to-PDF-Converter/3000-6677_4-10256832.html
• Any DWG to PDF Converter

You can also use AutoCAD to convert DWG to PDF.

If you don't want to download and install those software, there are also site that offer the same functionality.
