I have a Dell desktop computer and I am trying to set it up to connect to the internet wirelessly like my other laptops. Currently, my desktop connects to a wireless router using a cable. What kind of peripherals do I need to be able to connect wireless? Do I need to upgrade some of the components of my PC?

Corey,

You can get one  wireless USB adapter from a PC shop. This is a kind of antenna that you insert in one of your USB ports on the DELL computer. This device comes with a disk software  that you must install on your DELL computer.

You can plug it in every time you need to connect to your wireless home system.

Hope this helps:)
