How to troubleshoot with my backup storage? My backup storage is not working anymore in my computer with windows 7 64 bit operating system. How will I change the setting or configuration of my backup storage to keep it working? More information is needed to get this fixed.

I have read the problem that you 're having with your Backup Storage and I have also experienced the same issue before. First thing to do is to check the connectivity.
-
Make sure that the computer still recognized/detect the backup drive.
-
If backup drive not present/detected, unplug the drive from the computer by unplugging the Cable as well as the power cable and plug back in.

If backup drive is visible and detected from the device manager and has no errors on it check if the file path have not changed.

If path has changed just reconfigure the file path settings or locate the folder/drive path.
