Hi Techyv experts,
I want to install WordPress on my pc. How can I create database connections? I want to build my site and host it on local host. How can I make my own WordPress theme?
Please let me know what is the process is.

How can I use WordPress from localhost?
Hi,
After installing WordPress you also need to install XAMPP software so that you can run WordPress.
After installation, use this link
After opening this link, create a database
Create a new database, name it,  then  download WordPress from the internet, placing it into this directory
C:xampphtdocs or in the htdocs subdirectory where you have installed XAMPP
You can now open WordPress by using the following link :
http://localhost/wordpress
And you should be able to create a database

So, follow my below instructions for your second question answer.
NB: Here you have not any idea about coding.
First you need to create an account at Lubith.com, after creating your account please login. (You will see some default Themes)
I did not give any more details here because it is very easy to use, I give the links below if you want you can use it and get help from these links. You can create your theme and host it in your local host.
