How can I Update windows copies?

I have a refurbished PC. And I have a pirated copy of the windows. I want to update my windows.

How can I do that without getting caught?

How can I Update windows copies?

Users of pirated versions of windows can also upgrade lot of different softwares on there computers. Like Internet explorer 8 has a number of security oriented features along with improvements which is available to all users. However few updates and softwares may be blocked at Microsoft's discretion such as value-adding updates and non-security related software.

I would personally suggest the use of genuine softwares including windows.

How are you? Hopefully, you are very good. Thanks for sharing your problem with us. Your problem is very easy to solve. I strongly recommended you to use the new version of Windows. You can get it from any IT store or IT market with CD/DVD. You can download it also from the Internet. Buy or download it and then install.

I don’t think updating your Windows XP is possible if it is a pirated version. Pirated versions are modified versions of the original software. So, if you said your Windows XP is pirated then it is already modified. Pirated versions of Microsoft Windows usually don’t have the original components. Most of the time, there are parts that are removed.

These are the components that will help identify your operating system if it is genuine or not. Though you cannot install updates on your Windows XP, you can still update it to the latest Service Pack and that is way better than installing updates every now and then. To install the latest Service Pack for Windows XP, visit Windows XP SP3 Network Installation Package.

This is an offline or standalone installer for Windows XP Service Pack 3. Download and install it on your computer to update your operating system to Service Pack 3. I guess the main reason why Microsoft Windows is being pirated is because of its price. It is very expensive unlike Linux Ubuntu which you can install for free and Mac OS X which is way cheaper than Microsoft Windows.
