How can I sort out Insert Smart Card Popup error?

Hallo there!

I find this really annoying when someone tries to login through my InfoPath Library and every time they are prompted with a popup saying 'insert smart card popup'. The form is setup such that one is just supposed to login as an admin and be able to effect any changes within their access levels. What could be the problem and how can I fix it? Please, urgent.

How can I sort out Insert Smart Card Popup error?

If you don’t have a smart card then you need to stop the smart card service or disable smart card in control panel. To do this you go to control panel by clicking [start->control panel->administrative tools->services] then stop the smart card service by setting the startup to manual or disable.

How can I sort out Insert Smart Card Popup error?

I had the same problem with my colleague and we found a way to solve our problem. So, you have to generate a certificate (a new one) on a certificate server. It is inside your domain and it applies to the form. No message will popup again. Is this the icon that you have?
