How can I get rid of Football Manager 2012 XML Parsing Error?

What could be the cause for getting an XML parsing error which says “not well-formed (invalid token) at line 1 of default.xml”? I was about to play my new FM12 and this error appeared. Do you see any problem with this? How could I possibly fix this?

How can I get rid of Football Manager 2012 XML Parsing Error?

The XML file comes with your Football Manager 2012 and it is always being processed every time you run the program. The file is automatically configured by the program upon installation.
