Hello everyone,

I want to make an effect on xml file . How can I download and set up the tools perfectly?

I know the fx tools display my chosen effect and positioned it at my own model's origin. So, the only  problem is to fsx fx tool download.I want to know how I will compile the bgl and place it in an active folder and I want to see the campfire from the file. Please help anyone.
