Hello friends,

I am a young techyv user.

I know here many of you are IT pro's. Now come to the point. I want to make someone do my job online. And I want to track their work.

As this is the problem I want a solution about online project time tracking where I can know how long they are working.

And If I get some screenshots then it will be awesome.

So help me finding this useful tool.

Please visit odesk.com. They employ many contractors with different sills, they also use their own monitoring software with screen shots. They make sure you get what you pay for and pay for what you get. I myself am working on odesk so please check out the website.

There are several great outsourcing websites offering their tools for tracking the work of the employers if you are the member of the site, so if you don’t mind working via a third party website, that could be a great solution for you. I would suggest you to visit GoLance and check their offers. Both pages have their trackers that are able to track the whole work progress with the screenshots.
In case you are looking just for a time tracking software, I would suggest you to try Toggl. It is a stand alone application that can track the time, user activity and provide you desktop screenshots.
