How can i configure stub icons for lotus notes mailboxes.

I recently installed Domino Mailbox Archiver Agent and in order to view the stub icon for the message archived on the Lotus Notes Mailbox master template, it should first need to be configure. But after configuring, I still cannot see the archived messages with stub icon. What is the reason for this? Can someone please provide the procedures on how to configure the Lotus Notes Mailbox master template correctly that can display the stub icon? Thanking everyone in advance.

How can i configure stub icons for lotus notes mailboxes.

 

Hi,

As you have already installed Domino mailbox archiver, the next step is to configure stub icons. Just follow the steps below to configure the stub icons:

1. Go to the recent databases column and select shared resources.

2. Now, select the images tab, a new window will pop up where you have to select the image you want as your stub icon.

3. Select the image you want and name it as "stubviewicon" and click save. The icon will then be saved on the Domino server.

Now, restart the server and you will see that you have the icon that you chose.
