Hallo Guys.

I am trying to develop an application which searches the computer and change filenames to clean ones. I would like someone to send me a script that does clean file names windows Mac and any other operating system. The code should search for filenames with some unique characters and replace them with more human readable names.

I think you need a software called Rename Master. It is a freeware file renamer and can perform batch rename. It can also work with scripts or a list of instruction on what to change.
