Hi All

I have gone through a website and read about the software that blocks bad language during chat. Unfortunately I forgot the name of that software. Does someone have any idea about the software for bad words to block?

Hello Jane,

Yes it's possible to block bad words during chat. There are so many software that offer this service but common thing in all software is that during  installing you have to enter list of bad word that you do not want to see in chat.

The list  should be entered  by the user. ASP script chat 1 and the internet filter is software that you can use for blocking bad words during chat.

I believe you are referring to Wordfilter, which is a script commonly used in chat rooms or internet forums. Wordfilter automatically scans and censors particular words or phrases as they are submitted.
 
If you are looking for such script / software, you might want to check this out PwnFilter.
 
This can be used with any chat plugins. It packs a lot features.
