1. First of all, select Apple menu > System Preferences > click Energy Saver.
2. Next, select Schedule.
3. Then, choose the options you wish to utilize.
To schedule a startup or wake time for your computer, choose the “Start up or wake” checkbox. Select a day or group of days from the pop-up menu & enter a time.
To schedule an auto shutdown, sleep, or restart time for your PC, pick-up the bottom checkbox and choose the appropriate option from the pop-up menu. Indicate a day or group of days from the pop-up menu. Next, enter a time.
