 A simple webpage that needs to have a custom video overlay. How to apply custom video overlay on a certain webpage that has a simple css design. It needs the webpage to load fast and the design should not break.

Hi Conley.  If you’re using a Windows & Mac you can use this software with regards to your queries on the video overlay.  You can simply download Visual Light Box JS.  It is a free wizard program which helps you easily to generate web photo galleries with a nice Light box style overlay effect.  There is a step-by-step procedure on how to use it which will make things easier for you.
