Hi Ave,

It seems that the problem is diagnostic and its concerns about installation and licensing error.

The Autodesk support will answer best on that issue, Please contact them at this Link.

There are two possible reasons why you receive this message: one, Autodesk Revit 2011 is not compatible with your computer, and two, you are running a damaged or broken setup file. Before installing Autodesk Revit 2011, make sure your computer meets the requirements.

Autodesk Revit 2011 supports Windows XP (Home or Professional) Service Pack 2 or higher, Windows Vista (Enterprise, Ultimate, Business, or Home Premium) Service Pack 2, and Windows 7 (Enterprise, Ultimate, Professional, or Home Premium).

It requires 3 GHz or faster Intel Pentium 4 or equivalent Dual-Core AMD Athlon processor with SSE2 support, 3 GB RAM, 5 GB free space, 1280 x 1024 screen resolution, and Microsoft DirectX 9-compatible video card with 256 MB video RAM and Shader Model 3 support. In case of a broken installer, try downloading the setup file again and make sure the download completes.
