How to add crowd sound effect in fifa 11

I have installed fifa 2011 in my computer. I heard that there is a crowd chants feature available in this version of the game. I can't find it in the game option. Is there any extra file require to be loaded to enable the crowd sound effect in fifa 11? Is the feature available at play station and x-box?

Dear Clara,

The crowd sound effect is on by default in the game unless you specifically manually turn it off in game options > sound.
There should not be a problem.
If you are running the game on the PC and cannot hear the crowd then you should check to see of your sound card drivers are up to date.
That may solve the issue.
