To fix this, you need to download and then run the System Update Readiness Tool and install it later with the updates. You will also need to download the Windows Update Troubleshooter and then select Open or Save in the pop-up window. If the pop-up doesn’t show up, you have a pop-up blocker on, and you will need to turn that off.
If you are using some other browser or maybe a separate pop-up blocker, then you will need to check the website of the browser or blocker’s manufacturer.
