Help on outlook 2010 finger tappings

I am using Outlook 2010. When I receive an email, I have to categorize it and move it to a folder. I will reply and add a follow up flag and a meeting request will be created and sent. I would like to know how many mouse click and keyboard finger tappings to accomplish the tasks I enumerated.

Help on outlook 2010 finger tappings

In Outlook 2010, There is a feature that applies multiple actions at once to an email message. And the Quick Steps are have those rules that I apply when I want to (rather than setting something up in Rules that is usually applied automatically).First off, there are some pre-made, self-explanatory Quick Steps such as Move to:, Team Email, and Reply & Delete.And there are a few ways you can go about creating your own Quick Steps. Like on :

-Change an existing, pre-made Quick Step.
– Create a new one that starts you off with an action
-Start from scratch and create a Custom Quick Step.

– Create your own "Quick Steps gallery" of actions and then add it to your Quick Access Toolbar

Just like on the pictures I posted below .THEN ADD IT TO YOUR Quick Access Toolbar.
