Hello,

I'm the system administrator. I have a task to migrate users from Outlook to Notes 5.

I have completed installing the Migration tools on the client using the Notes 5 disc. When the users start sending mails, they are receiving an error

Unable to open a Notes Migration Services session. Unable to load the source mail system library.

I checked and found that all the required migration files are copied to C:LotusNotes location. I don't have an idea how to proceed further.

What you are going through is part of the usual happenings in the computer world but as you get the challenges you learn more and more every day. Please check that the system you are using has the following and are properly installed:- Windows 0S 32 bit or 64 bit which is in 32 bit mode, Lotus notes 4.1 and outlook 2003, outlook 2007 or outlook 2010 with 32 bit only. If all this are properly installed in place then I don't think you will experience the same errors with your clients.

The other issue could be to do with your licensing check that all is well that side so that you will enjoy using your down load without a problem.

or in the way you downloaded it, when downloading did you follow the right designed path and the steps that are given? If yes then check that all the above are okay.
