Am back guys,
Hey getting bugs with the GTA4 I downloaded via steam and now I can’t play, it takes a year to load up and I get this error message:
  GTA IV FATAL ERROR
GTA IV FATAL ERROR: MMA 10
                                                               OK

Grand Theft Auto sometimes show error when we play that game. You should know what's the mean of every errors, you can see the list of possible errors in GTA, and the solutions here.
Here are one solution hopefully this can help you:
Go to Control Panel and open Uninstall or change the program, then look for Microsoft Games for Windows – LIVE, uninstall it. Search again for MGfW – LIVE Redistributable, uninstall it too, then close the window.
After that, explore your files and folder to find STEAM folder, usually on C:Program FIlesSteam, after you find it search for "steamappscommongrand theft auto ivinstaller" folder. Run gfwlivesetup.exe, after finish install, play your GTA.
But sometimes, one solution couldn't get fix because people have no same kind of pc each other.
I suggest you to follow this forums to see which solutions would fix your problems.
