Hi friend,

For primary action you can use any updated antivirus as like Norton or Kaspersky. But you have to use the latest update for this condition. If it can‘t clean that virus then you have to do something more about it.

1. Install an AntiSpyware as like SUPERAntiSpyware. It will appear in this window.

2. Restart computer and press f8 to run the computer in safe mode. Now perform a complete scan with SUPERAntiSpyware and delete all threats that it found. Now restart the computer normally.

3. Now come back in windows environment again and before doing anything use any updated antivirus as like Norton or Kaspersky to perform a complete scan.

This process will delete all threats from PC.

Make sure you have an antivirus software installed as well, this would add to your protection and would detect any malicious software or activity on your system.
