This is really indeed a major move for Google because this is considered as the largest acquisition by Google so we can expect that they really have big plans for this significant move.Â
There is an interesting article I've read on the net. It states that another reason why Google purchased Motorola is because of the tax benefits/ deductions it can get. It also states that Google can get 700 million dollars tax deduction per year.Â
