Google provides backlink  tool. And how does this thing work?

Do you need to pay anything for it to get this tool?  

How does Google handle backlinks and does it has anything to do to make one site more exposure?

I would like to know more of it?

Uses of Backlink in Google

It's actually free and doesn't cost you anything at all. However , you will need to know how  backlink works with Google.

When you have created a new website and want to attract more people. You will need to create a backlinks for your website to get more exposure for your business.

You will need to build up the number of links to the site from other websites. 

Get links to your site, and it will increase PageRank to get more traffic.

All links to other sites are called inbound links which actually helps in ranking.

There's actually a relationship with backlink and Google PageRank in the world of Search Engine Optimization

Google PR equates to link popularity, and then high popularity means “importance” but does not necessarily equate to “relevance.”

Yes, That's right. 

PageRank is only one of one methods Google uses to determine a page's relevance or importance.

 This is why we can see low PR sites appearing high in search engine results.

If you're trying to improve your rank in the search engines, look to improve things that are more important than Page Rank  like  the website content, conversion rate, links from topical communities that has high PR sites.

When a user search for a query into the Google search engine. Google will then searches the index for matching pages and returns the considered the most relevant to the user.

PageRank is only one of the methods Google uses to determine a page's relevance or importance.My correction for earlier post.

It's a score out of ten as to the "value" of your site in comparison to other websites on the Internet.

You'll also need to consider on how to build quality backlinks.

Backlinks are really awesome to use to get higher Page ranking but you need to post on the site and forum that has relevant to your keywords or topic to get quality backlinks. And of course the PR rating too.

It is not easy to have quality backlinks. You will need to have proper strategy and patience to build backlinks and getting good Google Pagerank. You can do backlinks on your own it might take a lot of time .  But you'll sure benefit from it.

Its amazing how backlinks and PageRank works with Google.

To boost up my business and getting more exposure to attract potential customers.

Well, I really want to start building quality backlinks for my website now.
