You are having a problem with your video card driver. You might have installed a different driver for your video card or a virus is stopping your graphics card to work properly.

Solution 1:

Uninstall the driver your installed and then download the most compatible driver for your current video card. It will fix the problem for you.

Solution 2:

Try repairing your operating system because there might be viruses that runs through the system that making the error on running your graphics card driver. But make sure to make a scan first on your system before doing this to make sure that it is not a virus related problem.
