GAIA FAMILY TREE ERROR …

Dear Friends,

I am using Gaia Family tree for long. It's just a wonderful program.

But the following message encountered  and the program stops responding from last week.

It shows message that whether I should information.

I didn't press YES, since I am afraid whether my personal information will send.

What is the resolution of this problem?

     GAIA FAMILY TREE ERROR

 

                    Application Error.

                    Do you want to Send Error Information?

 

 

                    Yes                    No

GAIA FAMILY TREE ERROR …

There is a problem with the program or the operating system is doing this error.

Solution 1:

You can always try reinstalling first the program before doing anything. But make sure the uninstall the program first and that you have the installer. This way you can restore the settings back to normal because you might have change it while using it.

Solution 2:

Scan for viruses inside your system. It might be giving your software to start up. If you don't have any anti virus software in your computer, start installing now. For Microsoft Operating System example( XP, Vista, 7), download Microsoft Security Essentials.
