When I try to play GTA4 in my ps3 I get the error ps3 error code 80028f10, help needed to fix this fast.

Getting This Ps3 Error Code 80028f10 When Started A Game On My Ps3.

This error happens when the resolution of the ps3 is not matching with the game, the steps to fix this are

1. Select Settings from the options.
2. Then go to Display, select video display output from there.
3. Select the connection from the given options and then select the 16:9 resolution.

If you are using an old Television then the picture might be a little off from the top and bottom, the game will still work.

The PlayStation 3 error code “80028F10” doesn’t only appear when you play “Grand Theft Auto 4”. You can actually encounter it with any game you play. The full error reads “There was a problem outputting the video for a game on a Standard Definition television”. When you encounter this error, the solution is to change the video output resolution or setting to “16:9” which is for widescreen television.
