To resolve this issue, follow few simple steps. This error might be fixed in several different ways as listed below:
You must unplug the washer for 2-3minutes. If the error is because of any electronic glitch or any communication issue try unplugging the washer for several minutes.

Your control board might have any faulty wire connection or loose connection. You have to double check each of the connections on the control board and make sure each one of them are in a proper working condition.
The hall sensor present at the back of the washer checks and monitors the speed and controls the direction of the tub. If the sensors go out of range, it might lead to the error. You have to double check the hall sensor. If you have a multi-meter, you can try to ohm the sensor out. That’s how the hall sensors are tested.
