Generic joystick drivers for keyboard

Hi guys I have an USB keyboard that works on XP but windows 7 is not getting it?

May you help by mentioning generic joystick drivers that can make my keyboard working?

Where I can find one?

Generic joystick drivers for keyboard

Hi, the first thing you can try is plug your keyboard on another USB slot, and check if Windows 7 detects it already.  

Depending on the brand of your USB keyboard, you can download drivers specific to the keyboard manufacturer.

Here are some websites of manufacturers you can try:

Microsoft USB Keyboard Driver 8.20.409.0 for Windows 7/Windows 8

USB Enhanced Performance keyboard driver for Windows 7

Generic joystick drivers for keyboard

Hello Christopher Jay,

I would assume that you have tried this on all your USB ports and still the problem persists.

I think that the problem either lies with the USB Cord or the driver inside the keyboard.

If that is the case then getting a driver in the internet will not make it work.

If the product is within the warranty period, you can return it and tell them the problem and they will replace it.
