Hi,

My flash player is not installing and giving following error message.

The message asked that I don't have proper permission to install a said file. But I log in the system as Administrator and all permissions are ok by default. I have download the installer package from Adobe website.

So I don't think the installer package have any virus or infection.

At this point, can you help me to solve the problem?

Install Adobe Flash Player

The installation encounters errors:

A required file

(C:Windowssystem32MacromedFlashNPSWF32.dll:5) could not be written due to insufficient permissions.

The adobe flash player is very easy to install but something to take note of is that in some systems you have to disable your antivirus temporarily to be able to install it successfully. Your system may be one of those that require disabling of the antivirus for you to install the Adobe flash reader. If this doesn’t work then try to go through this simple steps:- verifying that your system meets all the Adobe flash requirements, establish whether there was an older flash player installed into your system and if there is then uninstall the older version from your system. Then download and install the latest version. Even then try different options and see which one works best for your system, at least you will establish one that works best for you.

Success.
