Fix Tally Error Code 2147483650. Please Help.

I was using Tally 9 on my Windows 7 PC. As soon as I opened Tally, the following error popped up on my screen with error code 2147483650. How do I solve this error? Please help.

Fix Tally Error Code 2147483650. Please Help.

To fix the error, try the procedure below.

1. Back up all the files in Tally
2. In the directory called ‘Data,’ make a new folder with any five-digit number as its name. for e.g. 22222
3. Transfer the following files from old folder to this new five-digit folder. ‘Camsave.900, Linkmgr.900,Company.900, Tranmgr.900 and Manager.900’
4. Open the start menu and from the run dialogue box, execute ‘C:Tally.ERP9tally.exe data 0’
5. Hold CTRL+ALT+R. Then select ‘yes’ option. Wait for some time.
6. Restart Tally. Your problem should be solved.

If the above method doesn’t work, backup all the data and then uninstall Tally completely from your computer. Now, install the software with all files.
