Firmware fails to during the updates

Hello,

Firmware Update appears every time I want to update my device. I cannot skip this error at all and Customer Service didn’t respond to my problem. Can any of you experts help me please to fix this error ? What could be the problem ?

Firmware fails to during the updates

Problem is it is not clear if this error happens after updating a Smartphone or a different device because it could be any device and the cause is always different. If you get this error on your Smartphone after maybe trying to update the phone operating system, check if the latest version is still supported on your device.

Because normally, in an Android Smartphone or device, there is a limitation until what version it can be updated to or the maximum version the device supports. Beyond that, it is no longer possible to update it because it may result to a similar error. Like for example the Huawei Ascend P6 Smartphone. It runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean and can be upgraded until Android 4.4 KitKat.

If it is really a Smartphone, you should check the handset as to what version it can be upgraded to. Don’t try to upgrade the device beyond the maximum version it can support or it may damage the system and void the warranty.
