FileMaker Pro or MS Access

Both database software is reasonably priced but I'm not concerned about the price, because functionality, ease of use, and efficiency is what I am looking for. 

Which is better in terms of the things I require in a database software? 

Does FileMaker have multi-platform support because I want to be able to use it in IOS and other platforms.

FileMaker Pro or MS Access

You haven't mentioned clarification  on your question that, what type of database function you have to do. Basically, the two you want to use, both are ok with it's criteria. I'm going to point out their significant features so that you can take the decision about them.
