Failure to install the update of the Antivirus Antispyware software

I received an error message when attempting to install the update for the VIPRE Antivirus Anti spyware software. The first message I received was to update the software. The software also is my Personal Firewall. Please help to solve this problem.

Failure to install the update of the Antivirus Antispyware software

VIPRE Antivirus Anti spyware software offers firewall too. This antivirus has very good recommendation world wide. So, there is should not be any doubt about this software.

The image shows your confirmation to install the software, you must click OK, and then the update continues to install additional features top the system. Once it is installed, you are much more secured from the harmful software like the viruses, worms, Remote attack, and all such problems.

In case that you are unable to upgrade the software, then you may reinstall the product then the update. In most cases this would work with ease.
