I am using Win 7 OS 64 bits and installed Hitman but when I tried to run this game it gave me an error message ‘Failed to initialize DirectX 11. I have installed this requirement even updated this software but the error still exists. I am unable to resolve this issue so I extremely need your help to fix this issue. I would be grateful to you. Thanks in advance.

Check if your drivers are totally all up to date and if the problem is not solved uninstall Hitman Absolution and then install Windows 7 Updates . Then give a restart to your computer and install the game again. If you have Steam the game will run normally with no errors.

Your files of DirectX 11 might be corrupted or misplaced. Perhaps you should try downloading and installing DirectX 11 here. If the error still occurring, try these following steps:
1. Download d3d11.dll
2. Extract the file.
3. Paste the file to these directories:Â
"C:WindowsSystem32".
"C:WindowsSystem".
"C:Program FilesSQUARE ENIXHitman Absolution".
4. Then, restart your computer.
