Facing Error 734 The PPP Link Control Protocol Was Terminated While Trying To Establish A Dial-up Connection
This error can occur because the default settings of dial-up connection are set to use Require secured password settings. To modify it follow these steps:

- Open properties by right clicking the desired connection.
- In the properties, select Network tab.
- Uncheck the Negotiate multi-link for single link connection check box.
- Select ok; the connection will not set up.
If the error does not resolve, try this:
- Go to setting and select Dial-up connections.
- Open properties by right clicking the desired connection.
- In the properties dialogue box select the Security tab.
- In the list of options, choose Allow unsecured options and the select the ok button.
Dial the connection again
