F Secure 2012 setup problem

A problem I have encountered with F-Secure 2012 is that the setup.exe program is truncated when downloading.

How do I fix this?

I have tried running it on compatibility mode, but it is still not valid.

C:Transfersetup.exe

C:Transfersetup.exe is not a valid Win32 application.

F Secure 2012 setup problem

Hello.

There might be a problem with the setup file. May be the downloaded file is corrupted or has got errors while downloading the software. The only solution is to download the software again and make sure that you don’t run into errors while downloading. Make sure that it is compatible with your operating system.

Hi Davis,

Usually this happens when you download a file, it didn't download the real size of the file, either an executable file or just plain file. I recommend you to re-download it again to another folder and verify the first download size compared to new downloaded same file.

It occurs that you need to check also either your network why you downloaded only that size.  Other ways around if ever you downloaded in your office, it might also part of your company policy not download an executable file for security precaution.
