Export project to gif format

Hi, techyv experts!

How can you export project to gif format? Is it possible to do that? It would really be of great help to me, because sometimes people involved in our project don't have ms project installed on their devices. Can you help me on this problem? Thanks in advance!

Export project to gif format

Hi Max Kallen,

To export file into different extension names. You have to open the file menu and click save as. Select the file type or file format that you wish to be saved to on the drop down menu beside the cancel button (usually on its left side facing the screen). After choosing it to be a .GIF format, you have to name the file (of course) and then click save if it is done, locate the file and check if it is working.
