Export Contacts easily from OUTLOOK to EXCEL

In order to transfer your contacts from MS Outlook to MS Excel, follow these simple steps:

• Using your Microsoft Outlook, click File and select Import and Export

• Choose Export a File and click Next

• Choose a file type (e.g Microsoft Excel) you want to use and click Next

• Click Contacts when asked what folder to export from and click Next

• Save your file by clicking Browse, selecting a folder to save the file and entering a file name. Click Next once done

• Click Finish when done. If you wan to include only certain field in your exported file, click Map Custom Fields. Click the Clear Map button and Drag and drop from the left side to the right side the fields you want to include in your excel file.

• Click the Excel file you’ve saved in order to view the exported contacts
