I have windows 7 and I forgot my password .Now i can't log in without it .How to change or rese local administrator password without losing data?
Password can be reset using Safe Mode
1)start your computer and press F8 while computer boots.
2)In Advanced Boot Option select Safe Mode and press Enter.
3) Click on Administrator account(default account) and enter the built in administrator password.If you forgot use "Windows Password Recovery Tool"
4)Now go to control panel to change password of desired account.
5)Restart your computer to exit from safe mode .
