Expanding big data would increase human resource opportunity on social networking companies by making better use of information provided by masses. The social media companies would need people to work on applications that analyze information that users post in the social media databases. This analyzed information would provide businesses that use data with information of their brands, products and companies on mutual context.

Expanding big data brings in use of analytics where examination of large amount of data is involved to determine type of hidden patterns and crucial unknown relationships in information and data shared in the social media. This is good information for businesses to tap massive information flowing freely between people in normal interactions. With such information businesses offering best services and product will grow and all information known about organizations will be available to decision makers thus better decisions are realized.
