I want to see exchange check update on my Microsoft Outlook.

How will I know my email Quota and mailbox size Limit.

Exchange check mailbox size and limit

Following are the ways to check the mail box size limit depending on which outlook version you are using:

Outlook 2007,outlook 2002,outlook2003

1. Open outlook. Go to Tools menu > Select  mail boxcleanup option and then click view mailbox size button.

1. Open outlook. Go to  File menu > select info. The mailbox section will display the currently uses space for the exchanged user.

2. For detailed listing of the space, click Cleanup Tools within the Mailbox Cleanup section mentioned.

3. Select Mailbox Cleanup from the drop down listing. 

Click the View Mailbox Size button and your total usage is listed next to Total Size (including subfolders) with a detailed listing below that.
